Refund Policy

At Multilada, we stand behind the quality of our educational products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds under the following conditions:

Monthly Subscription Within 7 days of purchase Full refund for the first month via Stripe
Yearly Subscription Within 30 days of purchase Full refund for the annual period via Stripe

Important Notes

Refunds are only available for purchases made directly through our platforms (Biblioteca and App). For subscription services, access will be maintained until the end of your current billing period, even after requesting a refund.

Dispute Resolution

We strive to resolve any issues promptly and fairly. If you have a concern about your purchase or service:

  1. Contact Support: Reach out to our support team at support@multilada.com with details of your issue.
  2. Investigation: Our team will investigate your concern within 3 business days.
  3. Resolution: We will propose a fair resolution, which may include refunds, account credits, or service adjustments.
  4. Appeal Process: If you're not satisfied with our proposed resolution, you may request escalation to our management team.

All refunds are processed through Stripe's secure payment infrastructure, ensuring your financial information remains protected.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Purchases made more than the eligibility period (7 days for books/monthly, 30 days for yearly)
  • Consumed or downloaded content beyond the trial period
  • Third-party products or services purchased through our platform
  • Purchases made as part of special promotions (unless otherwise stated)
